The Power of Conscious Manifestation: Achieving Biggest Dreams
Are you secretly waiting for a prince or princess Charming to come and rescue you? I know that it is tempting but this way you are giving your power away by relaying on external factors to bring happiness into your life. Know that you have potential for amazing things; you should not feel like you are dependent on luck or other external factors.
You are the writer, director and the main character of your own reality. You manifest constantly, both consciously and unconsciously; everything in your life is the result of your manifestations, both the good and the bad as well as everything in between. You don’t necessarily need to learn how to manifest, as you do it all the time (and maybe you are aware of the law of attraction), but the real challenge is to learn how to manifest consciously so you can stop feeling powerless. So how to start manifesting consciously, and not from ego or from fear? Here’s how…
Step 1. Set an intention
Setting intentions are important in order to create new, positive habits. In doing so, it can be truly life-altering. By setting an intention, you will be become more aware of your daily behavioral and thought patterns. This gives the opportunity for the pathways of your brain to shift, thus creating a change. As a result, in time, you will notice your intentions and goals manifest.
The more effort and time you put towards your intentions, the more aware you will become of yourself and your learned behaviors. Let’s say your intention is to start attracting more money into your life, you set your intention and go about your day. Throughout your day, you notice your limiting thoughts, such as “money is difficult to obtain” or “wealthy people are greedy and bad.”
Before, you would have continued your day as always, but after setting an intention, you notice these harmful, inflicting thoughts. On the one hand, you want to have more money and live comfortably, or even become wealthy. On the other hand, you are blocking that money from coming into your life because of your limiting mindset.
Step 2. Live as if it is already yours
By now you should have your intention and goals set. You should know what you want to achieve, down to the smallest detail. A goal needs to be as specific as possible because once you know how (the manifestation) it looks, feels, and even smells, it is easier for you to picture it with your mind’s eye and feel as if it is already yours. The key to the manifestation is to feel as if it is already manifested. Regardless of your situation; if you are broke, don’t have many clients, or you are not proud of your business, you must start positively brainwashing yourself, as if the wanted goal is already yours.
Let’s say that you want to have a salary of 5000 dollars each month. How does it feel? How does your bank account look? What can you do with that money? Who can you help? What dreams can you fulfill? See yourself using your credit card without worry. Feel the lightness of it. Once you do this practice consistently (every day), your brain will create new pathways and you will positively brainwash your subconscious mind.
So why is it so important to feel that the wanted goal or manifestation has already happened? Well, this comes down to quantum physics; to put it simply, everything in this Universe is energy. Energy will never disappear, and that is the reason the Universe is forever expanding. Everything in this Universe has its own frequency; a vibration that is constantly vibrating. However, even though energy never vanishes, it can change. Because thoughts, habits, and beliefs all are energy, it is possible for you to wire them into your desired frequency. Money vibrates on its own level, and in order to manifest it more into your life, you must also vibrate on the same level.

Step 3. Remove any possible limiting beliefs and blocks
Are you wondering why you haven’t reached your goals yet? What is stopping you or slowing you down? It might be something tangible, a physical thing, but more than often it’s not. Often, people are not taking the necessary steps towards their dreams, due to blocks that have been developed throughout life. Every experience in your life: your family, culture, religion, and even traumatic events have all had an effect on creating limiting beliefs and habits (these so-called ‘blocks’). Training the mind is the most beneficial way to get rid of any blocks, and form new habits and thought patterns.
In order for the dream to materialise, you must fully believe that you are worthy of it. If you find limiting thought patterns surfacing, work on removing them. Use affirmations and feed positive beliefs to your subconscious mind for as long as necessary.

Step 4. Take inspired action
Often when you start manifesting things consciously in your life, regardless of the subject, you will start receiving messages from the Universe. Maybe you will feel the urge to go to a certain store and find the thing that you wished for at a discount. Maybe you will read, hear, or notice something that will get you closer to your dreams. The Universe is often sending us messages through other people, numbers, symbols or through your intuition. Listen to these messages and follow them. Moreover, avoid listening to your fears and doubts as they are the worst enemies of your dreams.
There are no overnight miracles (well there might be) but at least you can start gaining new ideas on how to make your dreams a reality. Take notes, write down your ideas, and take action. Do the necessary work to achieve your goal, and before you have reached it, you must feel that it has already happened. Feel enthusiastic. Feel good about it. Know that it is real.

Step 5. Get out of your own way!
By now, you should have your intentions and goals set, you have described your goals down to the smallest details, and you should be feeling as if it is already in your life. Great job! You should congratulate yourself because the mind gives up easily. Now it’s time to let it manifest into a reality. Here comes the tricky part, as we like to get our own way by trying to control the manifestation.
If you have tendencies trying to control everything in your life, it is time to let go of that control. Trust that it is coming, feel that it is already a reality, stop trying to control the ideas you receive, and when, and how, the manifestation will occur.
You do not need to know how it is going to manifest. What’s more, you actually need to stay away from the ‘how’. It is not your job. Your job is to follow your instinct and follow the feeling. When you feel good about something- go! When you do not feel good: rethink, let it be, and know it’s not the right way or the right time. You need to relax and enjoy the ride.
You must believe that it is coming. It is the law (of the Universe). For example, I was able to manifest in such a powerful way that money kept coming from unexpected sources. I practiced good feeling, knowing that I would be provided with more than enough for experiencing happiness and freedom.
